Danny Ceballos, MBA, MAOD Principal, Unleashed Consulting

Danny Ceballos is a leadership consultant, trainer, and executive coach.  He is the founder and principal for Unleashed Consulting, where he works with individuals and organizations to excel in workplace performance, productivity, and employee engagement by "Building Better Bosses". Danny works with CEOs, executive directors, management teams, and Boards of Directors to create workplace systems, processes, and best practices that are sustainable and triple-bottom-line effective.  When clients engage with Danny - creating leadership development strategies, systems, and pipelines – it results in skilled middle + executive managers that are deeply motivated and joyfully inspired to exceptional leadership performance.

Danny has a BA in Psychology, an MBA in Marketing, and an MA in Organizational Development. He is a trained executive coach and is a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs and DiSC personality-typing instruments. Danny is also an ORSC approved facilitator of the Happiness at Work organizational assessment, the 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team team-building method, a certified coach in the innovative ASK MATT knowledge system-mapping technique, and a certified coach in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching. For 18 years, Danny worked as a national consultant and trainer – and an affiliate Vice President – for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

Danny was born in Bogota, Colombia, raised in Binghamton, New York, and now lives in Oakland, California.
