Finding Opportunities in Conflict Podcast

2020 certainly was a year that pushed us to our limits. While the future holds great promise, we know that there are deep divisions and conflicts in our country. All of us are called upon to bring our best conflict skills and compassion to the deepening divides we now face. In this podcast, my friend and colleague, Sally Spencer-Thomas and I talk about the little things each of us can do every day as we go about our lives that will help bridge some of the divides.
